Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MacroTrack mobile application (the "App") operated by MacroTrack, LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
MacroTrack is a calorie and macronutrient tracking application designed to help you log meals, monitor nutrition goals, track body weight, and record progress photos.
Not medical advice. MacroTrack is a general wellness and informational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health management. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the App.
Food nutrition data is sourced from third-party databases (USDA, Open Food Facts, Nutritionix, FatSecret) and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this data for any purpose.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@macrotrack.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription or a lifetime purchase ("MacroTrack Pro").
You agree not to:
The App, its design, code, and content (excluding your personal data) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your data is yours. You retain ownership of all data you log in the App (food diary entries, weight data, progress photos, goals). We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
Nutrition information displayed in the App is sourced from third-party databases and is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness. Calorie and macro values are estimates. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
